(Dexter) IAP appeared at an Inquiry hearing on 29 November 2017 during the Phase 2 Investigations into Care Homes run by Catholic Orders. He appeared in relation to Smyllum Orphanage which was run by the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul. His evidence was later read into an Inquiry hearing on the 15th October 2019, in relation to the Marist Brother
